Age: 68

 

You deserve a full-time board member. I am retired and will be able to give your children the attention they need.

​

East Salinas is my community. I have lived in East Salinas for 68 years. I attended Jesse G. Sanchez Elementary School, El Sausal Middle School, and Alisal High School. I graduated from Alisal High School in 1971.

​

My background is in education, real estate, and politics. I worked as a high school counselor, at Alisal High School, for 40 years. I am a real estate broker with the State of California. I served on the Salinas City Council for 13 years.

​

At the present time, I am a Trustee with the Alisal Union School District. I mentor foster students with the UCSC Smith Society. I am an active participant of the following organizations: NAACP, Elks Lodge, Christians in Commerce, the Diocese of Monterey, and the Junipero Serra Franciscan Fraternity of Carmel.

​

There is no greater thing we do, in life, than to serve our community. I hope you will give me the opportunity to serve you and your children.
